Saor Siagian, S.H., M.H.
Saor Siagian, S.H., M.H. is the managing partner in Saor Siagian & Partners (SSP). Saor Siagian has been practicing as a lawyer and legal associates for more than twenty six years. He is a prominent Indonesian lawyer with the expertise in handling both litigation and corporate matters.
Saor Siagian has extensive experiences in representing clients involving civil, criminal defense lawyer, criminal litigation, corporate, tax attorneys, insurance, competition law, as well as alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to establishing SSP, Saor Siagian worked in a prominent attorneys at law in Jakarta.
Saor Siagian graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Kristen Indonesia, majoring in civil law. In 2009, He completed his master (M.H.) degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada majoring in competition law. Saor Siagian is a Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and a registered Intellectual Property Rights lawyer. Saor Siagian also become Goverment Attorney (represent State Secretary Minister) in case to return Government Assets.
Apart of being a Managing Partner, Saor Siagian is also widely known as an anti-corruption activist, human rights figure and a visiting lecturer at several law faculties in Jakarta. And now Saor Siagian holds the positition in Board of commissioners at Semen Indonesia Group (SIG).
In the field of anti-corruption, Saor Siagian handled numerous notable cases including to his involvement in representing the senior investigator of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) which is Novel Baswedan, Abraham Samad and Bambang Widjojanto, also representing the 2014-2019 Commissioners of KPK in judicial review of the new Anti-Corruption Law, and many others. Saor Siagian has also actively participated in providing advocacy in the case of discriminatory actions and freedom of religion to Ahmadiyah, Lia Eden, Filadelfia Batak Protestant Church (HKBP), Ciketing Batak Protestant Church (HKBP), and other criminal-political cases. Saor Siagian also represent activist 1998 such as Adian Napitupulu, Mustar Manurung, Etc and represent claimant on the first ever judicial review on the history of Constitutional Court according to case Number 001-021-022/PUU-I/2003.

Bunga Meisa Rouly Siagian, S.H., M.Sc. is the Managing partner of Saor Siagian Law Firm. Prior to this, Bunga has spent time refining her skills and knowledge in handling various cases and brings her expertise in corporate criminal cases, intellectual property rights, restorative justice, cyber law, media, and entertainment law.
Bunga Meisa Rouly Siagian, S.H., M.Sc. is the Managing partner of Saor Siagian Law Firm.
